1. Platform Overview

Athlete’s POV provides a digital platform that allows users to:

• Discover and book sports venues
• Register for sports events, tournaments, and leagues
• Access athlete consultancy services
• Purchase sports-related products through the marketplace
• Connect with coaches, academies, and sports service providers

Athlete’s POV acts as a facilitator between users and service providers and does not own or operate most venues or services listed on the platform.

2. User Eligibility

To use Athlete’s POV:

• Users must be at least 13 years old, or use the platform under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
• Users must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

3. Booking and Payments

Users may book sports venues, events, coaching sessions, or services through the platform. By completing a booking:

• Users agree to pay all applicable fees.
• Users agree to the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
• Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways.

Athlete’s POV is not responsible for payment processing delays caused by banks or payment providers.

4. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Follow venue rules and regulations.
• Use facilities responsibly and safely.
• Avoid damaging property or causing disruption.
• Respect other athletes, players, and staff.

Users may be liable for damages caused during bookings.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Use the platform for fraudulent transactions
• Misrepresent identity
• Harass other users or venue operators
• Attempt to hack or disrupt the platform
• Use the platform for illegal activities

Athlete’s POV reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules. See also the Community Guidelines.

6. Third-Party Providers

Athlete’s POV connects users with:

• Sports venues
• Coaches
• Event organizers
• Sports service providers

Athlete’s POV does not guarantee the quality, safety, or availability of third-party services.

7. Liability Disclaimer

Athlete’s POV is not responsible for:

• Injuries during sports activities
• Loss or theft of personal belongings
• Venue-related issues outside its control
• Disputes between users and venue owners

Users participate in sports activities at their own risk. Please also read the Player Waiver of Liability.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform including:

• Logos
• Branding
• App design
• Content and technology

is owned by Athlete’s POV and protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce or distribute platform content without permission.

9. Account Termination

Athlete’s POV reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if users:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraud or abuse
• Misuse the platform

10. Policy Updates

Athlete’s POV may update these Terms at any time. Policies can change without notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

11. Governing Law

All policies and agreements of Athlete’s POV are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra. See the Dispute Resolution Policy for how disputes are handled.
