Athlete’s POV respects user privacy and is committed to protecting personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how user information is collected, used, and protected.

Booking Information
- Venue bookings
- Event registrations
- Payment records
Device Information

- Device type
- App usage data
2. How We Use Information
User information is used to:
- Process bookings and payments
- Provide customer support
- Improve the platform
- Send booking confirmations and updates
- Notify users about new features or promotions
3. Sharing of Information
Athlete’s POV may share limited information with:
- Venue partners

User data will not be sold to third parties.

Athlete’s POV uses industry-standard security measures to protect user information. However, no digital platform can guarantee 100% security.

- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of their account
Requests can be made by contacting support.
Account Deletion
Player users can delete their account directly in the Athlete’s POV Player App: open Profile, choose Delete Account, and confirm the deletion. Partner users can delete their account directly in the Partner App: open Profile, choose Delete Partner Account, and confirm the deletion. Deletion always uses the authenticated (logged-in) account, so only your own account can be deleted.
When an account is deleted, Athlete’s POV anonymizes and disables the account identity information (such as name, email address, phone number, and login credentials) rather than hard-deleting historical business records. Venues belonging to a partner account are unlisted so they can no longer be booked.
Historical records such as bookings, transactions, settlements, disputes, and reviews may be retained where necessary for financial, operational, audit, security, or dispute purposes.

6. Cookies and Analytics
The platform may use cookies and analytics tools to understand user behaviour and improve services.
7. Children’s Privacy
Athlete’s POV does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 years of age without parental consent.

Athlete’s POV may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Policies can change without notice.
